Is there anything the iPhone cant do?

I wish that i had an iPhone. if only i could afford the monthly fee.

I found this and thought it was amusing. it is nice to have Internet again and being able to use my fixed computer with it.

i am gonna have to agree with what Darcy said in that when you are busy you can think of all these things to blog about and then when you are free you can't think of anything. well now that i have a fixed computer and Internet and free time...i have absolutely nothing interesting to say. so...bye

No Internet

So this past month i have had no Internet. none. i have no wifi or even a landline. i have gotten on at random times, but not often at all. i have my phone that i update my Twitter, but that’s about it. Caroline just got wifi at her house so i am using that now. but i have not really noticed how much i miss Internet till i got on, but it is still sad without it. oh well, only 3 more months to go. i should be okay, but i will be very happy when i get back online for real. so at that i bid you farewell internets. you have done me no wrong, but we need to take a break.

Cool Photoshop Pictures

This photographer has some really cool photos. Peter Funch is a Danish photographer, and he hangs out on New York City street corners out for two weeks at a time, taking pictures of passersby from the very same spot. After taking all these photos, he then does something really cool.

For his “Babel Tales” photo series, Funch picks pedestrians that all have a common factor - smokers, cell phone, yawning, wearing hospital scrubs - and then photoshops them into one photo. Times Square shutterbugs turn into a swarm of paparazzi. In another, an ocean of kids seems to wash over the city. Funch has even created a New York where everyone carries flowers. Now, wouldn’t that be a nice city to live in?

Sound of Music Flash Mob

i know that i have not posted real things in a while, i am gonna chalk that up to this being the last week of school and all. but at least i am still finding some cool videos. this is of a flash mob in Belgium. this video made me like this country so much more.

So this is the best flash mob i have ever seen for a couple reasons. One, the cameras are freaking amazing. usually you get one angle, maybe 3 at best, but this one had many many ones. Second, this one had so many people, and there were even a lot of little kids, the second person was a little girl! and finally, it is sound of music. just amazing. such a great subject material.
